Consultancy :
- Involvement in providing technical guidance / advice / solutions in area of specialization - Compliance to technical governance, specifications and procedures in providing technical solutions.
- Acceptance and cost effectiveness of technical solution proposal.
Technical Talent Development :
- Participation in SKG10 initiative for technical talent development Conduct technical training with feedback / evaluation from participants
- Technical assessment (E1 & E2) and coaching
- Involvement in SMA and technical gap analysis
Technical & Professional Excellence :
- Participation in CoP/ IWG or external bodies ( i.e. membership, task-force, committees etc.)

Job Purpose
�
Develop, plan and implement fi for-purpose Reservoir Engineering (Development) solutions to deliver reserve addition and growth strategies and execute technical solutions in the area of specialisation to leverage new methodology and technology, identify best and participate in their application in work processes / guidelines / technical standards, and support the capability development efforts to create a pool of technically competent professionals in respective sub discipline / technology to ensure project efficiencies including new technology & acquisitions and performance improvement
